International Infrastructure Technology Specialists (IITS) is a Bangalore-based structural engineering consultancy specialising in the design, proof checking and strengthening of bridges and structures for Indian Railway Standard (IRS), IRC and IS loadings — serving railways, government bodies and contractors across India.

The firm is led by Dr. Amaravel Ramalingam, B.E. (Civil), M.E. (Structural Engineering), Ph.D. (IIT Madras) — Professional Engineer (India) and Chartered Engineer (India), Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and Fellow of the Indian Institution of Bridge Engineers.

With 38 years of experience, including 30+ years with Southern Railway and South Western Railway in design, verification and acceptance roles, Dr. Amaravel has reviewed or produced 1,362+ designs spanning building design, bridge substructure and superstructure, steel structures, stability analysis and test load assessments.
